Monday went pretty well, much better than usual. I'm starting to feel more adjusted to Homeschool Connection and I'm not a shy kid there anymore. Logic was quiet, as usual, but it gave us all a chance to wake up. It prepared me for Destination Imagination where we were making stuff with food! And when we were done making the stuff we ate the food. Then we did some activities that were very similar to my Mime&Improv class.
For the first forty minutes in (Middle School) Drama, we kept on trying to perfect the fight scene. For a while it seemed that we weren't getting anywhere but we eventually did. My character (Edmund) first kills the character that will be played by my sister (Maria) and then attacks the White Witch, destroys her wand, fights her a little bit and then gets stabbed.
Our soccer class has gotten much better because several good players have signed up for it. I know two of those guys. So the game was good. Barak brought his "A" game. I was against him. I started on offense and we just couldn't score and the other team could. So at the end of the first half the score was 3-0, bad guys. I switched positions with our goalie, because he's too good to be kept in goal. I did pretty good in goal, considered that I hadn't played in a while. Our offense was getting good chances. The bad guys came charging into our zone. The ball came to me and I scooped it up. I should have punted it but instead I threw it. I threw it right to the other team's really good player. He was just outside the box, to my left. He hammered one. I dove to the right and snagged it, and quickly ran to the front of the box and punted the ball. It set up a break and we scored. 3-1. Unfortunately the bad guys got another chance, and when the really good player centered the ball to Barak, I just wasn't quick enough to dive in front of him and block his shot. They scored. 4-1. We got one more goal but it wasn't enough. We'll get them next time.
Study Hall went much better this time. They split it into quiet and social. I took quiet and got some of my logic homework done. Then my grammar class (which is infested by girls, did you know that?) piled into our teacher's car. I have to give it to them that even if their loud, talkative and loud, they are nice and they let me sit in the front seat. We drove to the Pittsfield library, where we'll be going every other week to work on short stories. That, in my opinion, is better than sitting at a table and listening.
So it was a good day.

I like your school day better than mine, but Monday I had a snow day, hopefully Wednesday too!
James, did you make something out of pizza?
No, we used doughnuts, oreos, marshmellows and pretzels.
