Last night I broke my stem. I had to wait for like forty minutes until Dad was off the phone. Then I learned how to put a new tube on, for what seems like the fourth time. I just keep forgetting how to do it though.
Darrell, you need to ground your son for breaking is bike :). A good week in his room, no TV, no MP3 player, no computer, no cell phone, no bike, no trainer, no Doritos, no pizza, just a lot of homework, tap water, army MREs, and quiet meditation.
James, I was confused at first. I thought you broke your stem, like the one attaching the handlebars to the bike. Then i realized you were talking about the stem on the tube. You should specify from the beginning next time. haha
Hi, I'm James, and some call me Bike Boy because I love cycling. I moved to Arizona in 2009 from Michigan. This is a blog about cycling and life in general.
Peleton- The main group(pack) of riders in a ride or race Attack- An acceleration by a rider, who is attempting to break away Bridging the gap- Making an attack or effort in an attempt to catch up to the lead group or breakaway Domestique- A rider who rides in the support of his or her team leader. Blocking- An attempt to slow the main field so that a breakaway will succeed. Pulling- Going to the front of a group, controlling the pace and blocking the wind for the rest of the group. Ripping someone's legs off- Beating someone in a race, by a lot.

Did you get grounded?
And my shifting trouble has been fix!
No, I didn't get grounded.

Sorry 'bout that, Zack.
Stem on the tube, oh darn, ok then, James should still spend twenty-three (23) hours grounded in his room for destroying a perfectly good tube.
