Smacked my head on a bed frame at a friend's house today, and it hurt.

Cycling phrases

Peleton- The main group(pack) of riders in a ride or race
Attack- An acceleration by a rider, who is attempting to break away
Bridging the gap- Making an attack or effort in an attempt to catch up to the lead group or breakaway
Domestique- A rider who rides in the support of his or her team leader.
Blocking- An attempt to slow the main field so that a breakaway will succeed.
Pulling- Going to the front of a group, controlling the pace and blocking the wind for the rest of the group.
Ripping someone's legs off- Beating someone in a race, by a lot.
